Order Placement:

We make it fun for you to get your new fav go-tos! Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our site. Once you've snagged all of the colorful parenting products you want, go to the cart and click "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method for the goods. Please note: to keep things sustainable, our products are fulfilled by a third-party partner & shipped from their warehouse! If your order contains multiple items, you may receive separate tracking numbers and separate packages.   


Customization:

All of our diaper bags can be customized with your child's name, last name, or a short phrase! Just pick your font of choice, and provide us the details in the note section at checkout. The color and font will default to what is shown on the product photo, unless specified otherwise. We will contact you via email with any questions, if needed. Are you are dreaming of a color combo or pattern we don't currently offer? We can make it happen! Just fill out this form and we will be in touch asap.


Payments:

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout. We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal, as well as ApplePay and GooglePay. Installment pay is also now available through ShopPay at checkout! Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than US dollars.


Shipping:

  • Shipping Destinations: We ship both domestically and internationally. Fun knows no borders!
  • Shipping times: Your order will typically take about 2-5 business days to ship. Domestic orders take about 3-4 business days to be delivered via USPS or FedEx. International orders take about 4-5 business days to be delivered via DHL or DPD. Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.
  • Shipping cost: Shipping cost varies based on the type product ordered. Accurate shipping costs will de displayed at checkout, so please review!


Returns:

If you have changed your mind or there is a problem with your product(s), we offer a 30 day from original order date return policy for a full refund or exchange. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and at the buyers expense, aside from scenarios in which there is a product defect.
